01Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or receiving services from The RV Centre LLC, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02Our Services

We provide mobile RV repair and service across Northern Colorado and the Cheyenne area. Service availability, scheduling and pricing depend on location, parts availability and the condition of your RV. Requesting service through our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment; we will confirm details with you directly.

03Estimates, Approvals & Payment

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional damage or issues are discovered during service. We will seek your approval before performing work beyond an approved estimate where practical.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Insurance claim work may follow separate billing arrangements. Diagnostic, trip or service-call fees may apply and will be disclosed to you.

04SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related text messages from The RV Centre LLC about your RV service, including appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, estimate approvals and invoices. These may be sent using an automated system.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 970-804-6280.

We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in information or phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can receive service from us without agreeing to receive text messages.

05Warranty & Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or parts will be described to you at the time of service. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

06Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The RV Centre LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

07Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate RV and issue information.
• Ensure safe, legal and reasonable access to the RV for mobile service.
• Remove or secure personal belongings. We assume no responsibility for items left inside.
• Disclose known hazards, prior repairs or relevant modifications.

08Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
